REVISITING GOALS

We are in the middle of the year.  How many of your goals have you accomplished?  You may have not looked at your list since the beginning of the year.  If so, pull it out.  Of the items listed, how many can you check off?  If you have accomplished half of your goals, then you are ahead of the game.  If not, it’s not too late to get back on track.  Did you assign dates to each goal?  Most importantly, did you remember to be selfish?  You have earned the right!  Put yourself first.  This includes your health.  If you are not well, it is difficult to be of help to others.  Have you gotten your finances under control?  If not, step to it.  What are you waiting for?  Are you eating healthy?  Remember, you are what you eat.  So put those bonbons down.  What new challenges have you taken on?  Now is not the time to slow down.  Seasoned Women, your life is just beginning.  You are still young and pretty.  The country is opening back up.  Join a gym.  Who knows.  You may meet your soul mate there.  During the pandemic, I exercised to Richard Simmons, “Sweating to the Oldies” DVD.  If you are a seasoned woman, I’m sure you remember Richard Simmons.
